Before Maintenance

1. Strictly follow the shutdown plan, and each step should be by a special person.

2. Purge, clean, and replace the toxic and other media inside the process pipes, towers, containers and other equipment according to the shutdown regulations. Everytinng should be cleaned, and those that cannot be cleaned should be completely isolated by adding blind plates.

3. Toxic, flammable and other substances remaining in tanks, reactors and other equipment should be ventilated for regulated time and analyzed to pass.

4. Identify dangerous and harmful factors in each step of routine maintenance. Determine safety measures. Safety control measures for routine maintenance should be confirmed on the spot.

5. The department in charge of routine maintenance shall formulate an routine maintenance plan.

6. The maintenance department and the production workshop should handle the delivery procedures of routine maintenance equipment and facilities.

In Maintenance

1. Welding and other special operations personnel must hold certificates to work, and guardians must pass the training and obtain certificates.

2. Referees must wear safety helmets and other corresponding labor protection articles in accordance with regulations.

3. Maintenance operators must master the safety measures of the operation. Safety education and safety disclosure is required before operation.

4. Standardize the management of tickets for various maintenance operations in accordance with the requirements of the regulations.

5. For operations such as fire and confined space, the concentration of flammable gases, the concentration of toxic and harmful gases, and the oxygen content shall be tested, and the operation shall be carried out only after passing the test. In case of festivals, holidays or other special circumstances, fire management should be upgraded.

After Maintenance

After the routine maintenance is completed, restore the safety facilities that were dismantled at the site; tools and appliances such as electric welding machines and temporary power supplies are evacuated from the site in time; waste, sundries, garbage, and oil are cleaned up.
